Founded in 1924, Ruislip Dramatic Society has become known for its performance of a huge variety of dramatic works to a very high standard. From Restoration comedies to modern-day farces the group has performed regularly in a range of venues over the past 80 years

The society today performs two main productions each year at the Compass Theatre in Ickenham near Ruislip, although in addition to this it has also put on several smaller studio productions. Rehearsals occur on every Monday and Thursday night at South Ruislip Methodist Church

Being a member of RDS is about so much more...benefits include society theatre trips (with reduced ticket prices!), a variety of social events and the opportunity to be part of a very friendly group. We are always looking for Actors / Actresses, Directors, Backstage Crew, Set Builders etc
